I have listed down a few foods that are commonly used and have higher satiety- 1.Potatoes- Not just they are pretty low in calories but at the same time keeps you full for a longer time and it tops the satiety index 2. Eggs - Eggs do not just have good high protein but also keeps you full for a longer time 3. Rice- Contrary to popular belief that you should not keep rice in your diet while losing weight, rice is an excellent source of carbohydrate which keeps full for a more extended period 4. Soya Chunks - A great source of protein for vegetarians along with high satiety 5.Vegetables- Vegetables are full of micronutrients and dietary fiber which makes it high in satiety also 6.
