Fix your environment!

Dieting Psychology

. . . . . . There's this study done on cops who are on patrolling duty. These guys would keep a bag of chips or a box of donuts in their patrolling vehicle and munch on it throughout the time. Turns out, the cops who are on patrolling duty would gain a ton of weight more than those who had desk job in the office or had to go on field for investigation. Our environment will matter now more than ever before. When you're locked in a confined space between four walls with no option of going out, there's only so much you can do to keep your mind occupied. When that happens, and you turn on Netflix, even if there's a 3kg bag of chips kept in front of you, that bag will be empty before you know it. Mind you, you didn't finish that because you were hungry, you finished it because it was there in front of you and you were bored. And there's only so far you can go if you rely on your will power. Instead, if you just fix your environment, don't keep such foods at home, you'll need much less of that will power to fight the snacks and can use it to fight with your family for the remote instead. 😁 And don't give me that bullshit about buying that food for your kids or your papa. If overeating that bag of chips can make you overweight before the end of lockdown, then that can happen to them as well. Stop buying those foods not because you want to inflict pain on them for watching Big Bang Theory but because you care for them and don't want them to gain a ton of weight unnecessarily!!!. . . Cheers! (Cat pics because it's impossible to get offended by them 😬)

Hello Nachiketh This is Sachin here. I would like to know more about the transformation programs that you conduct. I have been thinking of enrolling myself for one such program. I am originally from Bengaluru and currently living in Belgium. Could you please let me know how to go ahead with the process? Thanks in advance. Regards Sachin
