(This text might not go along well with the picture but it relates to it in some sense) Often we either miss out on things which really need to be altered or we make some food so prime that we forget everything else. No Particular food, I repeat no particular food can be claimed as,”yeh salla pakka body banaega.” I share this because when I started training whichever protein I bought, I had a feeling that this will do wonders and this was the only thing missing which didn’t allow me to gain muscles. Little did I know that counting calories,programming the workout and recovery was the real deal.
