Do you really need Exercise belts?

================================= You must have seen or one of them who use the belt for lifting heavy weights and technically there is nothing wrong about it but how does it work? Actually, weight lifting belts along with proper breathing improve the intraabdominal pressure means you will be in your best position to lift heavier weights in power lifts like squats, deadlift, etc. Another belief is that it can weaken the abdominal muscle but no study has suggested this till now But here is one point to consider - Lifting belt should not be considered an assurance to perform lifts in bad form. Learn proper form and technique then load more weight over the period of time.
