An Art of Appreciating Oneself Our dreams have no limits and often in chasing them we forget that what we currently have were our dreams few years back. Did we appreciate it ? Now, Go back to your life when you were in school or in college and you have just one goal “to earn”, “to have your house” or “to have a car or to travel the places” . Did we appreciate that ? “Me Virat Kohli hota to maja aa jata “. “Me shahrukh khan hota to pure aish hote” “Kaash me Ambani ka beta hota to mehnat karne ki jarurat nahi padhti “ Often such thoughts are generated by some of us when we are down or when we are free with mind. This shows that we really do not appreciate the life we have. . There are no limits to our requirements but what it matters is do we need them ? . . Virat Kohli might have dream to be President of USA, Shahrukh Khan might have dream to be Prime minister of country etc.. . . There are actually no limits to our requirements it will go up as we move the ladder high. But , challenge is to be happy and appreciate the things we have now. These are the things we prayed few years back and we have the same now. Did we appreciate ourselves? Did we pat on back foe our achievements? Are we enjoying it or just chasing one after another thing. Art of Appreciation and living at the present moment is the subtle art of Happiness. . . Dream high but do appreciate and live in present . Appreciate your self for being you and achieving the heights you have achieved in your life till date.. . . Today, Write three things which you had prayed earlier for and you have it now. Make it a practice because this is your self motivation to move in life ahead. 1. I am blessed to have the best job to help people and it gives me immense satisfaction and great income . 2. I am blessed to have my own car which can take me to places and helps me enjoying all luxury . 3. I am blessed to be independent and take care of myself as I love to live life of my own choice.
