Crispy Soya Crusted Paneer


Paneer - 100 g Soya granules/ Roughly ground soya chunks (dry) - 20 g Coconut Oil - 10 g Salt - 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Method: 1. Cut the paneer into cubes. Add salt, turmeric, chili powder and garam masala. 2. Coat it with soya granules. You will need to press the paneer pieces down in order to coat them properly. 3. Heat oil in a pan till medium hot. Add the paneer cubes and let it cook. 4. Turn and cook all sides of the cubes till they are crisp. Additional Pointers: Serve with roti or as it is by adding some refreshing cucumber salad and a sprinkle of chat masala.
