Holla Guys,

It’s time for celebrations and vacations for many of us. This post might help you If you are also one of those people who have been invited on a Christmas dinner/ lunch or you are having a great vacation this new year and want to enjoy it without worrying about your calories all the time 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐭: - Step1: Choose your protein: It’s always a good choice to include a protein source for its satiating nature and completing your protein macros. You are unlikely to eat more by doing this provided you stick to your portion size. Chicken/fish/paneer/tofu are some examples. Sticking with grilled/tandoori options ensures least calories coming from the preparation of outside food. - Step 2: Add some veggies: This is a good way to add more volume to your meal without adding many calories to it. - Step 3: Add more veggies if needed: Yeah because low cal and more food :D - Step 4: A small serving of carbs: We have already devoted a significant meal portion to protein, we would get feel sufficiently full. So we can devote a small portion to carbs to make it tastier. Steamed rice, baked potato are some examples - Step 5: Combine it with a zero/low cal beverage: For some more happiness :D - Step 6: Roughly track what you have eaten post your meal: This step is important. You can either make small adjustments in the same day or next day if needed. Merry Christmas Everyone! :)
