Hey there!! I'd like to differentiate a bit, cardio(the fitness guys call it), is a stamina stuff which has to do with better aerobic capacity which can be easily achieved through many exercise running being one of them. To actually improve your cardiovascular strength weight training should be used and along side exercises such as running, cycling can be included!!
