Bloating is an abdominal discomfort due to gas or sudden water retention. causes of bloating : There are various causes of bloating including constipation,Intolerance of specific food,Irritable Bowel syndrome ,Pcos ,Gastritis Endometriosis,Premenstrual syndrome. How to get Rid of Bloating:- 1.Avoid those food which causes Bloating especially gas producing food like Legumes,Broccoli,cabbage,cauliflower,sprouts. 2. Avoid carbonated drinks . 3.Avoid excess salt to prevent water retention . Drink plenty of water to avoid water retention because water retention can cause Bloating. 4.Include Probiotic like curd in your diet. 5.Take optimum fiber in your diet ( 20 to 25 grams in a day) 6.A stress free life and 7 to 8 hours of sleep can do wonders. Try to do these small modifications in your diet and Regime,If you still face this problem then do consult your Doctor. I was on keto for 6 weeks and had to take salts to avoid leg camps.Now moved to LCD, first week still experiencing it , Is consuming salt needed now. Bloated though the calories haven't changed just the proportion of macros.
