When I started my fitness journey back in 2013, the first thing I googled was the diet to lose 10 kg in one month. I know a lot of people can relate to that and why not, it's so lucrative - your dream body just a few months away right? As a human being, we give priority to instant rewards and anything which is not going to happen soon we already lose motivation to start that in the first place.

But here is the harsh reality - It takes time. >It takes time to build habits which lead to a healthy lifestyle. >It takes time to adapt to the changes you are going to bring in >it takes time to carry forward most of the lifestyle and behavioral changes. Once you accept this fact and ready to give yourself enough time, the changes you will bring in will have a compounding effect for example -doing workout every day can have a positive effect on your mood and the entire day productivity, drinking enough water and taking care of nutrition can have a positive effect on your skin health, etc. Always remember whatever efforts and time you will put in on your health will never get waste rather it will enhance your quality of life and if something can improve your quality of life why not continue for your entire lifetime. This will be the best investment that you can do on yourself and which no-one can take from you and the returns are also extraordinary too. So, don't delay start your fitness journey as the best time for investment is 'NOW'.
