SO TODAY I AM GOING TO THROW SOME LIGHT ON "" KEY ROLE OF HYDRATION AND HOW IT CAN HELP AN INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVE THEIR FITNESS GOALS) "" JAL HI JEEWAN HAI 💪😁 ITs winter time now and i have seen people giving infinite excuses about the water intake for example 1. they dont feel thirsty. 2. if they will drink water they will have to go to loo too often. 3. they keep in binge watching Netflix n forget about the water bottle they have kept on their side. and soo on. but here's my gentle reminder, that without giving excuses start focusing on the bigger picture which is ultimately you getting (fittr) . i have also added the general requirements for individuals in the photos but always remember everyone is different and so is their requirements too. for example a healthy 25 year sedentary individual will only require about 3-4 litre a day. but on the other hand if the same person's activity levels goes up drastically he might feel dehydrated with the same level of water intake. so keep in mind the physical activity also plays an important role. keep drinking water (🥂cheers)
