Are dry fruits low in calories?


Most often we come across people who say that they eat so less and they are not able to lose weight. Also mentions that they just have 10-15 walnuts, a handful of peanuts and few soaked almonds. Are they really low in calories? No, they are not. Even small portions of dry fruits are loaded with a good amount of calories and it is better to add low-calorie fruits in your diet if you want something sweet than adding dry fruits while trying to create a deficit.
