Research suggests that the true safe upper limit is 10,000IU/day .In which moderate supplementation from 1000IU-2000IU of D3 is enough.However you should get a Vitamin D blood test done and find out your require dosage for the day by consulting a doctor. Hi Shobith, suppose we do not have exposure to the list of natural sources mentioned in the article and completely relying on supplements then how long we have take the supplements?
