A very wholesome recipe!

Protein-Packed Veg Wrap with simple ingredients to ease your lockdown meal prep

Macros per wrap: P=38, c=65, F=15, Cal=540 Ingredients: Soya Chunks- 40g (optional) Wheat Flour- 100g Salt to taste Potato-150g Split chickpeas/chana daal- 100g Onions (finely chopped)- 25g Chopped green chillies for taste Chopped coriander- 2tbsp Grated cheese- 25g (optional) Oil- 5g Vegetable of choice- 100g Spices (amount as per taste): Roasted onion powder Garam masala Red chilli powder Chaat masala Recipe: Step 1- Grind soya chunks into fine powder Step 2- Mix salt, soya powder and wheat flour Step 3- Make soft dough of mix using water and let it rest for 10-15 mins Step 4- Grind soak and boiled chickpeas Step 5- Add potato, onion, green chillies, salt and spices and coriander to ground chickpeas. Mix well. Step 6- Divide mixture into 8 parts and flatten them with fingers. Step 7- Bake them at 210 degrees celsius for 15 minutes in a preheated oven or pan fry them with very little oil Step 8- Divide the flour dough into 2-3 equal parts and roll into a big chapati Step 9- Cook the chapati with oil Step 10- Serve the chickpea cutlets as it is with a dip of your choice or wrap them in the flat bread with some cheese, sauces and vegetables of your choice.
