A Newbie's guide to bulking

Muscle Building
Bulking should be done more carefully as if you're in a higher surplus there are very good chances that you'll end up gaining fat rather than muscles. It is going to take time when you're trying to build your muscles so atleast stick to it for 6 months don't get caught up in the cycle of bulking and cutting you'll end up getting nowhere.

A few other things to keep in mind : 1. Try to get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep in a day. 2. Try to manage your stress. 3. Keep yourself properly hydrated.
