Myth busting : Glutamine necessary for muscle retention/growth
This post is in continuation with my last post i.e on BCAA It is belived that glutamine prevents muscle loss and increase recovery . Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid and involves in various bodily function. Taking glutamine supplement has no benefit on muscle recovery/retention or fat loss, in normal circumstances and your body synthesizes enough glutamine, you just need to complete your daily protein requirement of the day.
