Do you measure or guesstimate?
Measuring foods is extremely important unless you are totally confident. You need to be 100% sure about your intuitions on eating the right portion size a.k.a intuitive eating. It takes years of tracking to finally master the art of eating intuitively. Until then, measure and track so that you don’t end up eating 900kcals when your goal was to eat just 500kcals. Don’t go by just clean eating, trying quantified eating!
