Most women when they start training their goal is "mujhe sirf body tone krna h " but does not have a clear idea about toning “TONING” is the most misunderstood word in fitness. Muscles either grow or get smaller due to disuse, that’s it. There is no in-between. When the muscles are made to work against resistance, they attain a state of partial continuous contraction, even at rest. This is what muscle tone is. So essentially, everybody who weight- trains tones his or her muscles. But, to attain the positive benefits of health that more muscles have to offer to women, they have to make them grow.
