It looks so lucrative- weight loss in just 10 days , xxx supplement can fat loss , no food after 6 pm for fat loss. At the same time ,you should stay way from these type of claims or fad diets .
Not only falling in this trap make you lose your money ( sometimes), also you may lose on your health without getting anything out of it in the long term 
Be wise, make a long term goal and follow a sustainable approach. There is no shortcut in fitness, stop looking for one 
Fat loss in a sustainable way can only happen if you follow a structured calorie deficit diet which is quantified  along with physical activity.
