Wrist Curls
Wrist curls is belived to train forearms and by putting up direct load on wrist and expecting forearm to grow .
As much as its anatomy is wrong,  it's highly injury prone too. 
Our forearms are strong but the wrist is a weak joint comparatively and putting up the direct load on it can lead to a serious injury like carpal tunnel syndrome that can actually make daily tasks like an opening door, riding a bike etc difficult 
Bottom line -stay away from wrist curl, there is no need to train forearms separately!!
