Dieting Psychology
1. There is no magic pill or magic diet or a particular exercise which can help you to build muscle, have abs and lose fat in few weeks.

It is all about the proper nutrition and training done with discipline which can help you to achieve your goal. Understanding this prevents taking series of wrong decision which ultimately lead to disappointment and demotivation. 2. Only diet (without training) or only training (without diet) isn't the best thing to do. It's not even 80% diet and 20 % training. It's 100% diet and 100 % training. 3. Proper form and techniques matter. Exercises done with improper form and half range of motion may satisfy the ego as you will be lifting heavy but all it does is waste the time and energy. Learning correct form of the exercise may take a while but it's worth spending that time and energy . 4. Supplements aren't the most important thing. In my past ,I have blamed several times on not having access to certain supplements for my poor growth and I see many people do that too. Most supplements in the market make false claim in order to increase the sales. There are very few supplement which has certain advantage ,but again, it is to be considered after well planned nutrition and training. 5. Every person is different. One shouldn't get demotivated on seeing someone else's faster progress. You should only focus on getting better than your past self. 6. There is no perfect time to start a fitness journey. Busy with some work / travel / exams, etc are just some excuse. Waiting for some imaginary perfect time to start or resume just delays the process. Coach - Sheikh Najid Siddiquee
