Law of thermodynamics says 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗱. 𝗜𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀ferre𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Your body follows the same law: You eat less than you burn -> You lose weight You eat equal to what you burn -> You maintain weight You eat more than you burn -> You gain weight It’s that simple.
