In this video, learn how to make a low carb and protein rich Tofu Pulao/ Soya Paneer Pulao which is super tasty and also very easy to cook. Ingredients: Basmati Rice - 50 gms Tofu/Soy Paneer - 100 gms Green Peas: 50 gms Ghee: 10 gms Salt: 1 tsp Turmeric: 1 tsp Method: 1. Wash the rice under running cold water for 2-3 times till the water is not cloudy anymore. Then soak it in enough water for 20 minutes. After that, drain the water. 2. Cook the rice and keep it separately. 3. Heat the ghee in a pan on medium heat. Once hot enough, add the cumin seeds and let them roast. 4. Next, add the Tofu and green peas and cook for a minute or two. Add salt, turmeric, black pepper and stir well. 5. Now reduce the heat and add the cooked rice to the prepared veggie and tofu mix. 6. Now, your Dish is ready. Let the rice rest for 10 mins before serving! Serve it hot. Caloric Distribution: Calories: 387 kcal Protein: 14.5g Carbs: 49g Fat: 15g
