Patience, Persistence and Consistency

An old friend of mine asked me yesterday how I am keeping myself motivated these days and how I am able to manage my workout amidst all this stress?

Well regarding motivation, its very simple. I have stopped thinking about lockdown or work from home situation or Coronavirus because it's not under my control. I can only take the necessary precautions to keep myself and my family safe. I can't influence the Lockdown decision, so why to bother about it. Let's focus on many important things which are under my control and the most important one is my Self Growth. I can't just sit back and wait for things to get over. Every day wasted is a waste of an opportunity. When was the last time you got so many free hours to work upon yourself? So why are you complaining now? Better start and build something new that will help you post lockdown and trust me, knowledge and experience never go waste.

And regarding how I manage my workout - well as rightly mentioned by Jitendra Chouksey a few days ago, "Fitness is like taking a shower, it's basic hygiene" and I am living by this principle form last 12 years. I still work for 15-16 hours in a day but I make sure that my entire day is planned around my workout schedule. I don't plan my workout on the assumptions that "IF" I will get free time in the evening, I will do something. I plan my timetable on the assumption that I have 23 hours a day because 60 minutes are always blocked for my workout routine.

We can find 'N' number of excuses if we don't want it but we just need one good reason to start if consider it a necessity.
