So we have covered pulling movement. Now we will be covering pushing movement.

Vertical pushing movement happens when we move the weight away while keeping it in line with the body. For example when we place an object over the shelf.

Here are a few good exercises you can add to your home workout routine:

Equipment Needed: Resistance Band/dumbbells/water bottles .
1. Single Arm Overhead Press With Band

3. Overhead Press With Dumbells/Water Bottles
