Basics of Running 

* Be comfortable when you run. Relax your shoulders-pinching a finger and thumb together can relive tension in the upper body. Your movement should feel fluid and smooth

* Aim for a stable trunk from which your arms swing in a relaxed way at your sides.Your hands should slightly brush your body around hip height.

* Focus your gaze a few meters ahead of you as you run.

* Think about running quietly and effortlessly.

* Run tall, with the high hip –slouching constricts breathing.
