Marshall et al.2013 compared cycling and pilates for 6 months in people with low back pain. - each group showed equal improvement. ⁣⁣
Let's work on fixing the issue with MOVEMENTS & PHYSICAL ACTIVITY! 
This doesn't mean that all back pain can be treated with cycling, wiser selection of exercise still matters!
