HIIT - Part 2

Continuing to my previos post, this is another set of circuit combining body weight and dumbbells exercises. In case you do not posses dumbbells, use filled water bottle. The exercises are, 1. Diamond pushups (normal/knee supported) - 15 reps 2. Squats+ front kick - 30 reps 3. Jumping Lunges - 20 reps 4. Biceps curl - 20 reps 5. Front raise - 20 reps 6. Up and down plank - 15 reps 7. Body weight calf raises - 1 minute 8. V- hold - as long as you can Perform 3 sets with 2 minutes break between sets. Hope this set of exercises will help you. Stay safe, stay indoors, stay fit.
