Exercise Ideas For Vertical Pulling Movement:

Being stuck at home is no excuse to give up on the training. Through this series let’s try to find exercise ideas to include all the different movements and exercises that we do in the gym. Let’s start with Vertical Pulling Movement. Two major exercises for vertical pulling movements are Lat Pulldown and Pull-ups. Those who have a pull-up bar or a ceiling can use it to perform pull-ups. Those who don’t have it, need a resistance band to mimic the movement we do on a latpulldown machine. The dumbbell variation of the movement isn’t there. Here are a few good exercises you can add to your home workout routine: Equipment Needed: Resistance Band . 1. Lying Single Arm Lat Pulldown 2. Single Arm Lat Pulldown 3. Lat Pulldown 4.
