Check and Change 

Check your thoughts, if useful -> Continue. 

If not, change your frequency.

THIS EXERCISE REQUIRES LOADS OF PRACTICE .

Do you know your daily energy depends on your mind and kind of thoughts you generate or kind of thoughts flow in your mind.

If we think too much of unwanted things, our energy is drained and productivity is reduced upto 90% . Hence , when some of us wake up in the morning are already tired or we feel lousy in first half of the day.

.
Often we are deep flown in frequency of thoughts that after sometime when we realise what we are thinking, is of no use . Once we are out of that loop, we understand that we could have utilised in something fruitful.

If we just keep in our mind that we need to validate our thoughts , we will be conscious enough to differentiate between useful thoughts and ones which are not useful.

This day we will validate our thoughts. As soon as you are going deep in thinking, validate if thoughts you are having is useful for you in present or in future. If yes, continue....
 if not immediately change the frequency.
