Day 15: 21 Days of Awesomeness

Make your mind as clock, you won’t need alarm clock ever. Our mind waits for our instructions and look forward for it. When we don’t give it , it gets busy itself with other worldly stuff and that stuff brings sadness to us as it is influenced from external sources. Keep giving instructions to your mind and keep it busy. When you start controlling your mind. You will win half of the battle. Struggling to wakeup in the morning or when you wakeup you feel tired, stress or not willing to go for work. Follow this: When you go to bed : 1. Clear off your mind by saying or writing all the things that has happened with you throughout the day.Be grateful and thankful for all the beautiful things. Be sorry for bad things and try to learn from same. 2. Now when you have cleared off your mind , give instruction saying please wake me up at 5 am or 6 am . When you follow this ,you will always wakeup at exact time or 5 minutes before you have given the instruction for. Also you will wake uo fresh because you have already wiped off stuff from previous day. You have to clear everything off your mind before sleeping. Once things are clear, your mind is free and ready to take any order from you. Now, just give instruction to your mind, Please wake me up at 5 am or 6 am or whatever time you wish to wakeup and you will wakeup fresh. Practice this for seven days and you will never need alarm clock in your life.
