Work From Home Posture!
During this Corona pandemic, most of us have been asked to work from home & there is a high chance of landing into neck, shoulder & back pain. A lousy workstation setup could result in headaches and spasms due to too much hunching. That means we need to be extra aware & careful of your posture and routine to deal with the stress and strain that might come from working in a compromised & awkward position.
