After the COVID-19 situation, people are going crazy about the immunity-boosting food. The truth is if you get infected, you still will go through the suffering. You might infect your family and friends too. No immunity-boosting food will save you. And as you all know, there is no vaccine to prevent the same yet.
How can you protect yourself, your family, friends, and society from this COVID-19 virus?
Social Distancing

Social Distancing
I can write “Social Distancing” till every one of you understands its importance.
What exactly is Social Distancing and why is it important?
Social Distancing is reducing social interaction between people in order to reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19). It is intended for use in situations where people are living in their own homes, with or without additional support from friends, family, and carers. It involves keeping a distance of six feet (two meters) from others and avoiding gathering together in large groups.
How can you practice it?
* Avoid contact with someone who is displaying symptoms of coronavirus
* Work from Home: I understand a lot of us don't have the privilege to work from home like medical staff, delivery staff, etc. We should support them and avoid going out as much as possible.
* Avoid public gathering: It can create havoc if you become a part of any gatherings as COVID-19 is highly contagious. stay at your own home.
* Avoid using public transport: Don't commute. If it's very urgent like any medical emergency, do carry your own transport.
* Maintain hygiene: wash your hands frequently, don't touch your face, disinfect touched objects frequently.
* Use delivery service wherever possible: For groceries and other necessary goods, please order online. Make sure when they arrive, wash them properly and use them.
The safest and most important is to STAY HOME.
Everything can wait but your health cannot.
