Best use of Quarantine
It's a difficult time for all of us and let's pray that it gets over soon. It's always good to see positive in every situation we have. So let's stop cribbing and start living. There are a few things you can do to utilize your Quarantine time: Home workout: We definitely have limited resources at home. But it's time to get creative and use whatever you have. For example, use water bottles, suitcases, bags as a weighting object and do your workout. It will be fun and you will acknowledge how creative you are and can get. Read a book: Reading gives a different perspective to life and now we have all the time in the world to see the world from a different perspective. Of Course, it's gonna improve your imagination, vocabulary, grammar, etc, etc. Why not read one book in these 21 days? Develop a hobby: There are plenty of online courses for things you always wanted to learn. Want to learn dancing? Watch the youtube video and practice. Want to learn a new language? Enroll in a course and start practicing Watch educational Videos: In place of watching Covid-19 videos all the time, watch videos that can help you learn and grow. Of course, it's good to stay aware of the surroundings but don't do that every time because it's depressing at the same time. Sleep enough: We always had this complaint that we don't have enough time to sleep 7-8 hours. Now is the time to rest, relax and introspect. Sleep tight. Meditate: We have all the time in the world and there are so many people who are home alone. Let's utilize it to know ourselves even better. Listen to Music: Music boosts our moods as it releases Dopamine, a “feel-good hormone”. It will help you reduce stress and relax. Why not create a playlist of your own? Cooking: Yes. Every person should know how to survive and cooking is one of the basic skills every human should know.
