Let’s see how we can be productive and utilise this time in the best possible ways:⁣ ⁣ - With eateries getting closed, people are eating less outside food. We can give more time to health by cooking healthy and nutritious meals. And yes, cooking is a therapy for many⁣ ⁣ - Talk to your near and dear ones. We often forget stay in touch with them in our busy lives. This is the time we can connect with people through calls, text and social media to support each other⁣ ⁣ - Complete the pending household tasks which are pending since ages. This reminded me that I need to pack my winter wear and take out the summer clothes.⁣ ⁣ - Gyms and parks are also getting closed but we have more time to devote to exercise. Do some exercise at home to boost your mood and maintain fitness⁣ ⁣ - Relax and chill! We usually do not get time for self-care.
