If volume is king, then let's do more to gain more!!!
Of course, volume is king. The more you increase the volume of your workouts, better will be the growth...to an extent. Beyond a point, recovery becomes an issue. In a semi-recovered state you aren't going to be able to perform even as good as you otherwise would've. Over time, you stand a good chance of reducing your ability to lift even the same weight with same volume...and all that, JUST because you got a little greedy and ignored rest and recovery.
