Here is a SR which aimed to know the effectiveness of exercise for women with primary dysmenorrhea. ⁣
⁣
So the conclusion came out to be that an exercise session of 45-60mins, 3days/week or more will help in providing significant reduction in period pain intensity. ⁣
⁣
The intensity of the exercise can either be low or high. ⁣
⁣
So stay Active rather than not exercising at all, to help yourself from painful periods. ⁣
⁣
