4 Hacks for improving Your dieting process

We all know that if you want to reach your fitness goal, you need to follow a structured diet & be regular with your training.

But often, life gets in the way. There seem to be so many challenges that make the process appear more difficult than it needs to be and eventually, most people give up. If you want to avoid the fate of most dieters , here are a few tips on how you can improve your diet adherence: 1) 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙨: I often see people complaining & stressing over the fact that their diet lacks variety. While there are few strategies that involve flexible dieting, the limitation is your "targeted calories". But if you pay attention to how you prepare your meals, the process becomes a lot easier.. You may only have a few food items that fit your calories, but recipes are aplenty. Use some new spices, add some different flavours. Try a new dish that you might like. When was the last time you tried something new? Spend a few minutes every day to explore new recipes that fit your taste & that will help you stay on track! 2) 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨: Most people deviate from their diet at social events or weekend gatherings with friends and family. If you want to have a social life and still stick to your diet, then you need to plan in advance. Eating restricted calories throughout the week and exceeding your calories limits on the weekend is a sure-shot way to stop making progress. If you are aware of upcoming events/parties, save up a few calories every day during the week so that you can enjoy a bit of guilt-free indulgence on the weekend. The body is always willing to transform; it is the mind that you must control. 3) 𝘿𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝘼𝙜𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮: Many people, often during the start or in the middle of their diet, tend to either cut way too many calories or increase them for no reason. Creating a very aggressive deficit is only going to deprive you of energy. And this, in turn, leads to unhealthy food relationships, where you constantly crave cheat meals. On the other hand, there are people who increase calories way too much once they see some progress. This can drastically slow down your progress. Most people don’t need any sudden or frequent changes in their diets. Find your sweet spot and stick to it for a week or two. Your body will get a chance to adapt to the lower calories and this will help you improve your diet adherence. 4) 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝘿𝙞𝙚𝙩 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮: This is one of the most crucial points to be considered. Thanks to your unhealthy lifestyle, let’s say you’ve already developed gastritis or some other health issues. Before starting your diet, you need to take your present state of health into consideration. For someone with gastritis, meal timing and frequency becomes an important factor. Choices such as Intermittent Fasting or Keto will only worsen the situation. Select a diet strategy that helps you improve your lifestyle & also helps you accomplish your fat loss/muscle gain goal without aggravating existing conditions.
