We grind. We hustle. We eat well. There is an intent and an urge to transform, to get into a better health. We put in all the efforts and give in everything, to believe in something that everyone can only dream of. We work. Harder. ā£

ā£ When the scale doesn't move, we introspect as to where are we going wrong. We jump to conclusions which act as an opposing force against our goals, and we get easily distracted. This results in decline in performance, mood and feel like things aren't working. ā£ ā£ If you are able to lift and perform better, it is progress. ā£ If you are able to fit into your old clothes, it is progress. ā£ If you are able to see the inches going down, it is progress. ā£ ā£ The numbers on the scale are never going to decide your worth. You are more than just a few numbers on the scale. ā£ ā£ DESTROY YOUR LIMITS.āš•ļøā£
