What is a Calorie Deficit? 🤔

You guys must see a lot of us (consultants) mentioning the term calories deficit all the time when it comes to fat loss. And, I see a lot of you who don't understand what a calorie deficit is. So here 's a simple explanation. 

Calories deficit is eating/consuming fewer calories than you burn during the day on an average. 

If you are trying to lose fat and according to you, if you are eating fewer calories and still not losing fat then that means you are not in a calorie deficit. 

What should you do?
You either decrease the calorie intake
Or you increase the calories expenditure by increasing the physical activity.
