Deadlift - Do it right! A very common mistake with the beginner is curved back. How to correct it? -Keep your chest out instead of slouching forward. -Push your hips slightly upwards and backwards until your back becomes neutral. -Keep the bar closer to your legs throughout the time. -Look somewhere down on the floor to keep your neck in neutral position. -Do not hyperextend further after standing straight up.It's not needed.
