Motivation

Motivation needs a MOTIVE, Find yours…⁣ ⁣ Almost all of us dream about achieving a specific fitness goal. Someone might want to improve their overall symmetry before stepping again on the stage, someone might just want to gain enough strength to do their daily chores with ease. The idea about getting fitter/leaner/stronger looks appealing . It fills us with a lot of enthusiasm but the actions required to reach there are difficult. I am not motivated enough to weigh and cook my food everyday, I need motivation to go to gym, it’s juts too difficult for me to avoid eating outside food….these are just a few examples of the issues we have to overcome in our transformation journey. We read success stories to know what has worked for people. We start imitating some of those practices but they don’t work for us because we aren’t motivated enough. One thing we find common in those stories is that each one of those people had a goal or a reason to do what they did. They set a deadline to achieve it and they did. This is the reason why it worked for them and not for anyone else.⁣ ⁣ All we need to do is setting a goal in a particular time frame. By this I don’t mean aiming to lose 20 kg in 1-2 months. That’s an unrealistic and vague goal. The goal should be very specific and practically achievable in the given time period. It should be your dream to achieve it. It can be anything from competing in a physique contest to getting your health parameters in their place, to be able to fit in your old jeans or doing that 10k marathon and the list goes on. Once you know it, set a realistic time frame to accomplish it. Whenever you feel something is stopping you to get there, you will not lose motivation as now you have a reason to follow the process. Even if you do, you would work on finding a solution to it.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ || Let me know in the comments sections about your that one goal you wish to achieve no matter what!😊 ||⁣ ⁣
