There are two types of components of fitness.
1. Skill-related components (six components)
2. Health-related components (five components)

Balance (skill-related components)
Balance is the ability to keep an upright posture while standing still or moving.

1. Static Balance- the ability to maintain one’s equilibrium in a fixed position.
2. Dynamic Balance- the ability to maintain one’s equilibrium while the body is in
motion.
