I see so many people getting demotivated over the number they see on Weighing Scale and think they aren’t making progress. Below is an example of my Client who had a Body Recomposition (refer to my video I shared on my feed few days back for understanding ). The client gained over 10 lbs in the entire process and lost inches from all over. Wondering how this happened? - Fat loss can be seen in inches(not necessarily weight) - Weight gain could be because of water weight gain(less/irregular sleep, high salt intake,high Carbohydrate intake, constipation, irregular time of weight check, different weighing scale) and muscle gain(this also adds more glycogen and water weight leading to gain in weight) - Pictures show a good progress too( minimal/fit clothes) - Dress size too show progress Next time you feel like banging your head and giving up; choose to ditch the weighing scale 😛.
