Strength training - Strength training doesn't make woman look like a man. Infact with proper nutrition it helps the person to have good muscle mass and less fat mass which makes the person look toned. - Exercises like crunches or situps doesn't directly help you to burn fat from belly but it does help you to have a stronger core. To lose from any part of the body ,you need to follow a calorie deficit diet with proper distribution of macros. There is no way you can target to lose fat from one specific area. - Strength training is not only for young guys. It can be done by anyone who needs to increase the strength,stamina or muscle mass.
