Excited to see your transformation after 90 days of hustle?

What's the plan after 12 weeks? Is this routine only for TC 8.0? Do you think your goal is achievable in the next 12 weeks? Do you think 3 months can change your lifestyle that you had been following from the last 30 years? So there is a friend of mine who always starts with a disciplined routine, follow quantified diet and resistance training schedule, lose a good amount of fat, get fit, flaunt his abs and then suddenly get back to his old routine because he thinks this lifestyle is monotonous and he needs a change. Unfortunately, that unhealthy routine goes on for the next 3-4 months till he gains back 10-15 kgs. The routine involves alcohol on a regular basis, deep-fried food, sweets and whatnot. Are you the one who has this issue of not being consistent with a healthy lifestyle? What's your excuse to discontinue your routine? I believe regular workout might not be so monotonous but at a time following a diet might get boring. But what do you think, will you be measuring your food for your entire life? No right, this is not practical. So what's the solution? - First of all, start with a diet plan that is sustainable. Who said you can't have your favourite dishes or sweets in the diet. Always remember that everything that can be quantified can be included in the diet chart. Bottom line is complete your macros - Set a long term goal. Don't focus on short term gains of 10-15 kgs in 3 months or 4 months. Always remember that it took you years to reach where you are right now. You can't expect it to turn around within a few months. If you are looking for a lifestyle change, you need to invest some time into it - Plan your cheat days, no one is stopping you but don't go berserk and put your months of hard work at risk - With time your metabolism improves. You might be gaining weight at 1500 calories now, but it's possible that you might lose weight at 2700 calories one day if you are ready to invest some time into your fitness. Imagine the window of your calories now. Your Holi-Diwali breaks can be easily adjusted within this range of calories (and this is an example of my other friend who has been consistent with his routine from the last 8 months) Consistency and discipline are two important pillars of a Fit Lifestyle. TC 8.0 will give you a kick start and will keep you motivated for the next 12 weeks but it's your responsibility to take it to the next level. Always remember the reason, that why you started it. You got so many reasons to leave it but got only one good reason to keep it moving. Make sure you make the right decision.
