WEIGHT LOSS AND REASONS
I keep listening from people, "I want to lose weight." One thing that always keeps running behind my head is why do they want to lose weight. Well, there can be multiple reason for this same question. You may want to lose weight because losing weight will help you with some existing health issues. You may want to lose weight because you want to fit into your old dresses, or you may want to lose weight because you want to look good. There is one common thing among all these things. You want to lose weight because it will improve the quality of your life. You want to lose weight because it will give you a sense of achievement and you will feel that you are the one who is in charge of things. Losing weight may also give you the lost confidence. But if you keep obsessing about your weight loss so much, you will stop enjoying the things. You will start treating dieting as a task. You will stop going out with friends or family. You will take workout as punishments and you will be concerned about the pace of losing weight all the time. This will eventually ruin the quality of your life. Which is obviously not the end goal of your weight loss journey. So what can you do to make it better? * Choose the right reasons. * Believe that you are the one who is controlling things. * Love the process and pace. * Start enjoying things apart from just losing weight or gaining muscles. You know what you have to do now. Cheers!
