Progress is NEVER going to be instant. No matter how many miraculous success stories you've heard from people, or how much time you've personally invested in your fitness - progress is best when it's gradual. Gradual progress means that you're making healthy choices that are not drastic for your body. It also means that you get to relish every stage of your fitness journey, and enjoy every #gain and loss you've worked so hard for.
