Dieting Psychology

🥝 This is the time of the year where people tend to fast for religious purpose in the holy month of Shraavan. ⁣How are you going to take care of your meals, if you are someone who is following a diet, and wants to eat only once a day or twice?⁣

⁣ 🥝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. ⁣ ⁣ 🥝 Eg : If you are someone who is consuming 1400 calories every day and would want to fast but also wants to maintain the diet and exercise regime, make sure your protein intake is on point. That is going to save all your muscles. There are people who tend to eat fruits once in the day, and one huge meal in the night time before bed. THIS is the meal you need to take care of. Your big meal. ⁣ ⁣ 🥝 You can divide those 1400 kcals twice / thrice etc. Or you can also eat all the calories in one sitting. The point is, you should not be exceeding the total calories. ⁣ ⁣ 𝟕𝟎𝟎 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐗 𝟐 = 𝟏𝟒𝟎𝟎 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. ⁣ 𝟑𝟓𝟎 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐗 𝟒 = 𝟏𝟒𝟎𝟎 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. ⁣ 𝟏𝟒𝟎𝟎 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 = 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥. ⁣ ⁣ 𝘚𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯 :⁣ ⁣ Meal 1 - 500 calories of fruits ⁣ Meal 2 - 900 calories of the remaining food which includes your protein and the rest of the calories can come from carbs and fats = Dinner. ⁣ ⁣ 🥝 Keep your workout window before your dinner so that once you are done with exercising, you can have a huge meal. This way, it will be easier for you to eat a huge meal because you are HUNGRY after the workout. ⁣ ⁣ 🥝 Milk products are allowed. You can also combine Whey along with your fruits in the Meal 1 and can push the remaining calories to the later part of the day. ⁣ ⁣ 🥝 Diet. Pray. Exercise. Balance. ⁣ You won't be off the routine. There are always different ways to get it done. ⁣
