🙇 I've seen a lot of Fat people complaining about measuring the food everytime before cooking their meals. ⁣

💁 It is important to have a count of your total calories consumed per day in order to stay in calorie deficit to lose fat. ⁣

Calorie deficit = Maintenance Calories - Calorie consumed ⁣
